The influence of entrepreneurial orientation on firm growth among Iranian agricultural SMEs: the mediation role of entrepreneurial leadership and market orientation

Abstract Entrepreneurship orientation is a fundamental topic both in entrepreneurship and management that has critical role the development of firm. The purpose this paper to study relationship between entrepreneurial (EO) firm growth, specifically, how leadership market mediate EO growth. population agricultural small- medium-sized enterprises (ASMEs) across Tehran Province. survey instrument questionnaires were sent 240 owners and/or top managers ASMEs as sample. Validity been verified two ways face construct, its reliability using Cronbach’s alpha. collected data analyzed by structural equation modeling. results reveal significantly influences growth ASMEs. Notably, (EL) (MO) perform mediating relationships firm’s
